 When are classes held?

Sunday mornings.


Grades 3/4/5 - 10:15 - 11:00AM

Grades 6/7/8 - 11:15 - 12:15PM


What is the cost?

Cost is $26/session. The Spring block is 13 sessions and will be billed all at once or in a split payment if wanted. Ex. those registered for all 13 weeks from Mar 9 to June 2 = 2 payments of $169.

 If I do the 4-week trial what next?

If they want to keep going you're welcomed to registered your child for the remainder of the spring block!

What if I know my Child will miss some days?

If you plan to be away- ex. Memorial Day weekend, Spring Break, Easter, or sports- please let us know ahead of time at signup and we'll subtract those weeks from the total.



 How big are the class sizes?

We cap younger groups at 12 participants, and our older group at 15 participants.

 How long does the program run?

This block will run in conjunction with the school year. Spring runs March 9 to June 2, 2025.

Summer sessions will start up in June.

 Is this for athletes only?

Absolutely not! Kids on the athletic side will take to it right away, but we've also seen kids who aren't so inclined to participate find their place as well. It's worth a try!

 Can I watch as a parent?

You're welcome to, or go hit some errands. Up to you!

Trevor is one of our head trainers here at CrossFit Formidable and brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to what he does. His enthusiasm and attitude are infectious and loves helping other learn how much fun working out and moving their bodies is.
